TA Norwood, LLC began in Boston real estate, walking through hundreds of properties and noticing the same thing over and over: good furniture is what turns a house someone bought into a home someone wants to stay in. This shop is that observation, made into a product line.
We design and select every piece for how it holds up to daily life, not how it photographs on day one.

1. Products and Orders
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. This Site's checkout is a demonstration flow; no live payment is processed through the form presented here.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days from our Boston, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 7–14 business days after processing for furniture items; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Return shipping costs for furniture items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
- Frame defects covered under our 5-year workmanship warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it or its related systems.
6. Intellectual Property
